Made various corrections to reviews and articles. Mostly, just adding some author names and small typos.

I am currently in the middle of typing up a lot of "new" articles. They are all from 1999 to 2000, so they aren't really new to the world, just new to slabtown. So far, 6 have been typed and about 20 remain to type.
