The Dandy Warhols release their second album .…The Dandy Warhols Come Down, on July 15. As a warm-up for their summer tour, the Dandies planned to play a prom in their hometown of Portland, Ore. “We’re all bringing dates and wearing tacky mint-green tuxedos,” says singer Courtney Taylor. “We’re trying to learn ‘Stairway To Heaven’ for the last slow dance of the night.”
