Portland, Ore.-based modern rock quartet the Dandy Warhols will return this summer with a new studio album, "Welcome to the Monkey House." Due May 19 internationally and July 22 in North America via Capitol, the set features guest spots from producer Nile Rodgers on "I Am a Scientist" and Duran Duran vocalist Simon LeBon on "Plan A." Fellow Duran Duran member Nick Rhodes also lends his production talents to the new album.

"Welcome to the Monkey House" is the follow-up to the 2000 album "Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia," which debuted at No. 12 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart and has sold 112,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan. The single "Bohemian Like You" reached No. 28 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks tally.

The group has 12 European dates on tap for later this spring, beginning May 14 in Dublin and including performances in early June at the German Rock Am Ring/Rock Im Park festivals. A North American trek will get underway in July.
