Looks like the Warhols are going to be the next to follow Everclear into the big leagues. Dandys Rule OK, the debut recording from the local quartet led by Courtney Taylor, is awash in psychedelic hooks, vibe and spirit. Essentially a groove band that takes "nothing" riffs and builds them into soaring cathedrals of sounds, the Warhols achieve varation by the addition and subtraction of layers and the manipuation of special effects - echo, wah-wah slide guitar, flute, backwards guitar.
