So just why has it taken this long for the UK to wake up to the marvel that is The Dandy Warhols? …Absolutely no bloody idea, but thank God for jolly little ‘Chatting-on-my-mobile-is-more-fun-than-farting-in-the-bath’ TV ads...
Whatever it is that 'floats your boat', the feel-good factor of Bohemian Like You is as universally more-ish as crack cocaine, and so there really can be no rationale as to why this record didn’t have everyone hooked when first released in August 2000.

If Bohemian Like You is your introduction to the Dandy Warhols, then let it be said now that you really ought to stop poncing around and go and add Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia to your album collection. And in doing so becoming the proud owner of a record who's authors are a rare and endangered species; instilling the kind of energetic cool into their song-writing, performances and charisma that pertains to what can only be described as…rock ‘n’ roll…remember that?
