Portland's Dandy Warhols are best known as a Brit-pop quartet who put a lot of energy into on-stage diversions from its music-radio-friendly songs loaded with atmospheric harmonies. The Dandys' third CD, Thirteen Tales from Urban Bohemia (Capitol), marks a departure with a more diverse mix of tunes, such as honky-tonk nod "Country Leaver," metal-guitar impregnated "Horse Pills" and the excellent pop ditties "Get Off" and "Bohemian Like You." The on-stage stripping will likely continue.
