Less of the Stones in a Greenwich Village coffee shop vibe to this one from the Portland bohemians and more of the restrained atmospherics.
Horns parp as acoustic guitar strums and Courtney Taylor-Taylor rasps a tale of, well, a godless 'babe', of course.
Massive Attack step out of the shadows of their studio to up the noise factor and turn in a rare remix with finely-tuned guitars searing throughout. The dub mix, however, manages to rob the original of all its instrumental charm and replace it with Massive Attack's now familiar cold machine grind.
