Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia (Capitol/EMI) Not matter what amount of striving or social climbing you try to do, odds are you'll never be as cool as The Dandy Warhols. In Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia they skewer the very elitist art rock culture they're so inextricably linked to. And despite the fact they take the piss out of their own little poser world, you'll be damned if you don't want to be part of it yourself. Whether it's the drugged-out skronk of "Horse Pill," the acid-tongued "Bohemian Like You" or one of the many salutes to friends/feud-mates, Brian Jonestown Massacre, it all comes out sounding like the script for some hazy '60s movie featuring guns, pills and go-go girls.
